So far the customer service has been prompt and polite. Has answered all my inquiries and given me proper answers to my questions.

I ORDERED THE ABOVE MUG IN A CHANGING BLACK DESIGN BUT WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT CAME AS THE DESIGN REALLY DID NOT SHOW AS WELL AS DEPICTED ON THE INTERNET.
THEY IMMEDIATELY AGREED TO REPLACE IT WITH A REGULAR MUG IN THE SAME DESIGN AS I WAS GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE.
AND THIS IS WHAT IS KNOWN AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
