Representatives very pleasant and knowledgeable. Online application process has been harder and more time consuming than expected. Most recent transaction made even more time consuming to complete because investment amount to be transferred was incorrectly requested by Gainbridge and correction could have been done much more smoothly if it was communicated to me first.
