Bought sofa and chair app. 4 years ago was told it had 5 years guarantee but on phoning back and fourth who is in charge of this is beyond me..as now told guarantee is only 24 mths then onto company called Guardsman who cover the 5 year guarantee on frame etc...
Phoned them they told me to fill in form online which I did so haven't heard back..
Phoned store they direct me back to Guardsman so im at a loss until I phone again..
An assistant at the store said id have to be firm with them as it sounds like a job worth so now getting impression this is a useless back up service that doesn't hold up to much
Not impressed at all with the whole thing as all they're interested in is selling furniture without any professional support should something go wrong which in this case has...
None impressed!

I took my parents to Furniture Village to get them two new armchairs, we were met by Gabriel and he was very helpful, we told him what we wanted and he showed us various chairs, he didn’t rush or pressure us, excellent service

Joanna was really helpful patient and listened . All against a background of building works which was very loud and annoying . She found me the sofa that I think will work for me and transaction completed quickly

Sam Crocker has extensive knowledge on what constitutes a good nights sleep and as a couple who really need a good nights sleep we fully trusted him to ensure the purchase we made would mean our lives would be transformed. Cannot recommend FV enough, every time we have been we have been supported to make the right choice. And the cookies and hot chocolate are next level! Thank you Sam! Huge 5 stars!!

Telephoned as promised a time arrived on time delivered bed. Put the bed together and gave us advice on how to keep the bed in good condition. Took all the rubbish away.well pleased with the end product. A big thank you to Danny & Charlie well done a big thank you from both of us for a stress free delivery.

We came in to purchase a sofa, Gabriel met us and provided information as we asked, but left us time alone (with a coffee) to discuss the suitability, and continued to answer questions as required.
