When we arrived in our local Furniture Village we were pleasantly greeted with a warm smile but no pressure. We spoke at length with Todd & Matt about the mattresses and beds. They were both extremely knowledgeable about their products.
Todd executed the sale. He was very professional, helpful and efficient.
We enjoyed his company whilst all the ordering and paperwork was organised.
Today we were happy to get the phone call to arrange delivery which was quicker than expected.

What a joy, so easy to return and so many in post areas to choose from.

We bought the Cheltenham Set last year. On a positive note, this garden furniture is excellent quality, sturdy, easy to clean and very stylish. Good value for money.
But, we did have to wait a while for it and it came much later than the original delivery date.
This company is not a scam like some of he reviews state, so pending customers must not worry about this.
I would ask the company to improve their communication with customers.

I bought a cobalt blue camisole top in the sale. Beautiful fabric and colour, just as described on the website.
I had a query before I ordered and I experienced excellent customer service and feedback.

The sheets and pillow cases I bought were just what I had hoped for.

I just love getting into bed with Sleep & Soak bed linen.
Extremely good value for money.
Wash very well and do not shrink.

We placed and paid for an order on 3rd July 2021. As yet we have had no goods.
We have emailed, messaged on Facebook, and phoned them, but we have had no response.
We would like our order we paid for please.

I researched a few websites to buy a bolster cushion. Yogamatters seemed the best for price and quality. I also ordered a couple of blocks and a Lavender Eye Pillow. The price was competitive on all three. My order came in two days which was quicker than anticipated. I am totally delighted with my purchases as they are great quality and beautiful colour. I just love them.

Ordering was simple and although I had to wait a little while for our furniture, we were updated weekly on the status of our order.
If there were any changes of date, we were emailed immediately.
Delivery was smooth too. The delivery was as arranged and the delivery men were very helpful.
We love our sofas which are such good value for money.

The staff were very welcoming and a lovely assistant (Yvonne) helped us with our questions without being pushy. The store seemed busy but calm and there were a lot of discounts around the store.
We first viewed the leather sofas (Caldo Range) then went home to ascertain what to order re measurements. We returned the next day and asked for Yvonne who continued to answer our queries and completed the sale.

Simply Stylish Sofas - has this company ceased trading? Paid for two leather sofas on 21st August 2020. I am really worried as I have had no communication with them re delivery or otherwise. I have emailed on numerous occasions and had no reply.
Not sure what I can do!

I was contacted by Jonathan the day after my review. He told me that my order was being overseen by a member of staff who has since left the company. He was very apologetic but unfortunately the sofas I wanted were now out of stock, so they gave me a refund.

Easy website to choose from. Simple instructions on how to personalise the card. Within 2 days of ordering I had my perfect card for my grandson.

Very competitive prices and swift delivery

Had a Wren kitchen fitted (by our our fitters) in May which we are very happy with. Recently I had a problem with marks on the work surface I could not clean off. I contacted Customer Services who responded very quickly. I spoke with a member of their team (Chelsea Wheldon) who was very helpful. She sent me the care instructions (which I had not received when kitchen arrived). She also phoned me and chatted about the problem and offered continued support. Thankfullly the marks came off with the information from the care instructions.

Our first visit to Wren Kitchens was a pleasure and we didn’t receive the ‘hard sell’. From that day our experience was nothing other than great. The staff were friendly, polite, professional and very helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them. During the whole process Customer Service was excellent and excemploray. We love our new kitchen and the standard is excellent.
