Good customer service along with quick and efficient ordering to delivery.

I made my first order on FitnessNord, as I took profit of a free shipping offer. It is nice they have that offer quite regular, because their handling fees are already a bit high.
What I like: a great products variety, good enough prices, quick delivery, quite fast customer service and the fact they apply a good discount to the items due to expire.
What can be improved: the coupon you get when you subscribe to the newsletter could be without a minimum spending value.
Overall, I recommend this online shop.

I have been using FitnessNord a lot and the products are great, but the delivery time is unacceptable. Most shops these days have day to day delivery. FitnessNord has the past two times I ordered been between 7-9 days to deliver, but they always write it will be send the day after the order.

I find it odd that a package from Aliexpress China can be delivered faster than packages from FitnessNord.

I would not necessarily have a problem with long delivery times, if they simply wrote that it will take between 7-10 business days. That is at least my experience with them every time I order. And I have been experiencing this with and without campaigns.

I found a great selection of protein bars and drinks, they also have a great selection of other fitness related items.

I had run into a problem which was actually my fault, my e-mail that I sent was answered fast and friendly.

I will buy again.

Got the product delivered to a parcel shop in Copenhagen since Fitnessnord do not deliver to Sweden, but it was worth brining it over the bridge! :)

Absolute worst protein in the market
- clumping all the time
- chunky to drink
- taste of chemicals
- texture is completely wrong

I email fitnessnord, they come back to tell me I should buy a blender for this protein. Next I explain the taste, they come back to tell me they completed a lab to and the taste in fine within 10mins LOL!

Give me my refund back on 3kg of this disgusting product !!

I ordered the Biotech Iso Whey Zero protein powder and I found it in a not that appealing condition. A small amount of powder was already spread out of the box and when I took off the plastic wrapping, the protection paper was not sealed, having many concerns regarding the quality of the powder at that point. However, thanks to the appreciative help of Customer Services (Ida A.) I got a discount code for reordering as well as my money refund.

I always get some great deals, with bars down to even 2 DKK, so I can recommend this website for sure.
