Don't make my mistake and keep yourself away from this scamming company.
In 2020 I was blind and got a broadband subscription, the internet was fine, but I ended up with paying over 2000kr. for a router I returned to their store but they refused to admit it.
I returned the router with my gf to the kiosk in Kolding storecentre. Two young spoiled employees treated us poorly, and they seemed untrained and unprofessional. I returned more than once and they refused to even look at the surviellence cameras to check if I returned the router.
And don't try to get your right by their other scammy Social Media employees. They asked me to contact them on socialmedier email, and they had the same poor behaviour. I believe their issues goes down their company culture, and it wasn't an individual employee issue.
I will never forget this experience because Telenor made me feel oppressed and forced me to pay so much money for the fault of their impolite and unprofessionals .

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service
In Bilka Kolding I had a very bad experience with a young spoiled guy who works at Telenor.
I returned a product and he didn't register it in the system. I came later twice to ask him to look for a solution and he treated me like sh**. so now I have to pay 1500kr. for this untrained, spoiled kid.
This won't be forgotten and I hope you lose all your customers and close more stores every year because you are the motto of bad service in Denmark.

Reliable service
I bought an ink cartridge (HP 302 XL)
The cartridge stopped being recognized. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. What a fine service!!

Good shaver, bad battery, chargers, and customer support
I have two shavers laying in my drawer because I can’t find the right replacement charger for them (I live in Denmark)
I contacted customer service and they directed me to a website which doesn’t have what I need (WE'RE SORRY, NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND FOR YOUR SEARCH)
I contacted them again and they just ghosted me.
