Bought product on black friday. the site then automatically chooses a service to pay later rather than give my credit card details immediately. I then immediately email them to cancel my order or change it to a regular billing. They then send the order and reply to me by mail saying that theres nothing they can do about payment and ignoring the other part.

You can at any time yourself chose which payment method you want, but in the payment part of checkout and in the summeray of your order, before placing it 😊
If an order has already been processed, we're not able to change the payment or cancelling the order, as it has been shipped, even though we understand your need for it.
At another time, please take a good look in the overview of your order before placing it, to be able to go back and change the payment method before placing the order 😊

Out of date products
I have purchased big buy Ultimate Recovery Complex 5400(3 packs) but one of them has only 4 months date to best use and the other 2 is out of date. I never buy from this site again. on 30/11/2023 After the reply below, l have contacted them and sent the picture of the product. on 07-12-23 they accepted to get them back.
Update/ 15 kg big buy is not for 3 months use, I recommed you to ask some fitness guys. 10 kg is out of date and one to be forced to use in 3 months!!! 👎🏿

My order from 17/01 still didn’t arrive. Tomorrow it’s the 31st… in the 1990’s I would be ok with this. Last time I ordered through this shop.

bad customer service
ordered and they sent via instabox but instabox doesn't deliver before 22pm to the shop before they closes and it was like this in a loop and I asked for a refund which they refuse so I will never shop again

I have been ordering from this store since I start bodybuilding, I can say at list 4 years now every month I was ordering for more than 2.000ddk I’ll never got any gift, and month after month my delivery was coming later and later my last order was after 8-9 working days,sometimes I was getting broken parcels but that’s maybe a problem from the warehouse, back on the days they gave some kind of discounts the first 6 month’s but not any more.
now I move to other store than safe me more than 50% and that’s with discounts,monthly gifts and low prices on the products whenever I make a order is on my door 2-3 business working days. Really sad to end up like this for this company because could be more support and attractive to the everyday clients.

Terrible service!
Bought some products on Monday and contacted them Thursday because I hadn't heard anything from them yet, and they told me that I would normally recieve my products within 1-3 days so I told them that i had been waiting for 4 days now and still hadn't recieved a track & trace email, she then told me that my products hadn't been shipped yet because they had alot of orders at the moment.

Bad service.
I ordered a jumping rope, and didn't get any OrderConfirmation or tracking of my product.
Worried if my order was confirmed or not, and i wrote several Emails back an forth to a costumer service about it, and the response i got was "there's some delays at the wearhouse" etc. But i never received and order confirmation OR any tracking Email, i just kinda got the package from the postal service Postnord.
