Romans, lend me your ear
Romans, countrymen, lend me your ear. I’ve come to bury Fastweb, not to praise it. Fastweb fiber in Rome is the most unreliable internet I ever had the misfortune to rely on. In a six month period they regularly lost the connection which usually takes them days to restore. It’s an outright scam, don’t get Fastweb.

Since the 21st August we’ve had no WiFi, the call centre daily tell us there’s nothing they can do and someone will call back and no one ever does. The same when speaking to the shop in Grossetto. There’s no way of contacting Fastweb in any other way to complain. Shame on you Fastweb!
One of the worst customer experience…
One of the worst customer experience I've had.
The account close take 3 months and I had to pay for 2 months the service in total.
After a bunch of calls to Call Center and even go to the Fastweb shop the guy works there was really unhelpful and refused any responsibility to support check the closural progress - the only thing he advised is to come back home to wait!
The Last Call center gave me other infos, I hope will be the right finally.
I will never have any product from company.

Un po ingombantre
NO WIFI For DAYS
Home Wifi keeps going offline. First it was "24hrs", then extended to 72 hrs. Our internet was down for an entire week! They were able to fix the issue and we had internet for 2 days. Currently on day 5 Again - of no wifi. And phone service keeps being spotty, or just not working at all. Thanks FastWeb, i would like to be done with you!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Fastweb is an absolute DISASTER.
They charged me DOUBLE for several months, and never gave a clear explanation or fixed the issue. When I requested to move my service to a new address, they told me it would take 50 DAYS. Fifty. In 2025. How can a telecom company possibly need almost two months to transfer an internet connection?
But here’s the most outrageous part: when I tried to cancel the service, they told me they’d charge me another full month — even though I hadn’t had WiFi for weeks. And get this: they wouldn’t hang up the call so that the automated satisfaction survey wouldn’t kick in. That’s how scared they are of negative feedback. Absolutely pathetic.
I spent almost three months without internet, and they charged me the whole time like everything was working fine. Customer service is completely useless — evasive, unhelpful, and clearly trained to stall rather than solve anything.
NEVER again. If you’re thinking about signing up for Fastweb, do yourself a favor: RUN.
