Lack of support/// No broadband

There is no internet for 5 days.
I called the support multiple times and they said it’s an external issue in the area and they are working on it but have no update about when it’s going to be fixed.
I work from home for a multinational company where internet is a must.
This kind of issue never happened to me in any other country, just here in Italy.

I hope this “external issue” can be fixed soon and customer service can be more polite dealing with customers.
