2-stars for customer service

2-stars for customer service. Tried to get into contact with you via email but was unsuccessful. Phone not always possible when one is abroad. You should have a better way of communicating and also have a more accurate time of delivery. At least should give an indication if delivery will be am or pm or late evening

4-5 stars for Flowers. They were of good quality. Thank you for that

very bad service. no refund. no items delivered

Hi all, I have had a TERRIBLE experience with ordering via Qianber! Basically I ordered facial masks (that also cover eyes as well as nose and mouth) on June 13 and still do not have them! They do not agree to refund the items and have asked that I contact the shipping company, file a complaint, get a case number. Completely unacceptable! I needed the masks back in July. I still do not have them and no sign of a refund! A warning to all!

Have closed contract for a week and…

Have closed contract for a week and have still not received the code so that I can send modem etc free of charge via Italian poste office. I think speaking with the Pope or maybe the Queen of England is probably easier than trying to speak with anyone from their call centre. Impossible
