Since the 21st August we’ve had no WiFi, the call centre daily tell us there’s nothing they can do and someone will call back and no one ever does. The same when speaking to the shop in Grossetto. There’s no way of contacting Fastweb in any other way to complain. Shame on you Fastweb!
I will keep writing a review until I hear from Ensign. They have not emailed me. I received one phone call when I was out, they will not put anything in writing. To have received only 10% of a claim is daylight robbery. They will not doubt leave a standard note after this review asking me to get in touch. I have many times with no reply from them. Shame on you Ensign Advisory.

Just to be clear I’ve already reviewed this organisation who are appalling. They replied and asked for my contact details which is shown on Trust Pilot. To date they still have not been in touch with an explanation.

HMRC wrote to me confirming they had sent £220.41 to Ensign Advisory. I then received a letter and cheque from Ensign for £27.83 with no breakdown or information where the almost 90% of my claim had gone. They said they had emailed me, I have received no email from them. There is no contact phone number or email address on their covering letter. Totally disgraceful. If Ensign read this review I would appreciate hearing from them with the breakdown, although I doubt I have any chance of receiving a decent percentage of the money they claimed on my behalf.
