Flashing my system
The engineer (Jerome) was knowledgeable, polite and ready explain all my concerns in a professional way. He told me that a second appointment would be arranged from the head office to change some parts, and he also advised me to change all my radiators because they are old. Very good service, I look forward for the next appointment.

An excellent job
Dave MacDonald from Dyno came to do a pressure flush of our central heating system, which had not been functioning properly. Arrived at the agreed time and walked around the house to plan the best access points and method of working. Dave was very knowledgeable and explained each stage of the process. During the work some snags were encountered which were quickly overcome. The work was completed within the day allocated, and the system and all radiators were left functioning correctly. Dave wore covers on his shoes while in the hose, and left all of the work areas clean and tidy. A good day's work!

Charles Cook and Aaron Prfle came to fix our plumbing last week and did a fantastic job. Arrived on time , super polite and made sure to cover their boots so not to bring any dirt through the house. They just got on with the job and it was lovely to hear them working out the fix togeather , supported each others ideas and sorted the problem out in good time - which was quite a big one. Great customer service and would definitely recommend .

John Lunnon 95E - excellent customer service over several visits
Three of our taps were producing only a very limited supply of hot water. John was able to correct one immediately and ordered a new part for the second and repaired it on the next visit. The third, a bath tap, needed two visits with the tap itself finally having to be replaced. John went out of his way to source and then fit a suitable tap. On each visit he called in advance to confirm his arrival time, explained what he was doing and cleared up perfectly afterwards. A real credit to Dyno-Rod and I hope anyone in this area receives a visit from him in the event of a problem.
