No refund for missing product

Wish I had read the reviews here. Ordered 12 products in Sept. 10 were in my parcel, the other two were out of stock (although not when I ordered) and I received a refund for only one of them. Emailed customer service 2w ago to ask for refund of the other or to deliver the missing product… nothing. I know where not to buy going forward..

Return process needs major improvements

Ordered two items - good quality but one was too small. It’s been a nightmare to return this item from the UK. The parcel turned up again at my house after using all the provided labels. Contacted customer service who gave me a new label which DHL didn’t accept. After going to DHL drop off 4 times and numerous emails with their support team, I still don’t have a working label to return it and thus still don’t have my money back.
I’m frustrated because I like their products but as a buyer, I want to feel confident I can return an item that doesn’t fit.

Clunky website - helpful team

Short version:
- website page for subscription a bit clunky
- customer success team very helpful when something went wrong with my order

I'm using the gas cylinder subscription plan and found it initially a bit clunky (login portal could be a bit more straightforward, instructions for returning the bottle are not so easy to find, etc) - there's room for improvement on the customer experience. When I returned my empty gas bottles a month ago, it seemed like they got lost in their warehouse and my account got suspended.

I contacted the customer success team and they were really helpful in resolving and unblocking my account: because I had returned the cylinders over a month ago, I couldn't find my collect+ receipt anymore and rather than making a fuss, they unblocked my account and gave advice on what to to do this wouldn't happen again.

Fried lashes and burned eyelids…

Bought after seeing advert on Instagram and reading glowing reviews.
Followed instructions on the box and noticed several things:
- the glue doesn’t stick, making it really difficult to go through the steps
- I used the recommended size M as I had no idea what size to pick: my lashes were curved straight up (looks ok from the front but absolutely ridiculous from the side)
- I have a feeling the times indicated on the packaging are too long: my lashes were completely fried and curling in all directions (and not in a good way)

To top it all off, I had an allergic reaction (swollen, painfull eyes) that lasted for 5 days, had to go to the doctor twice and the skin on my eyelids was chemically burned with crusts peeling off a week later.


Worst part is: it’s now been 6 weeks and I still have fried lashes, pointing in all directions. Have not been able to wear mascara or make-up once in all this time. Was hoping they would ‘relax’ but looks like I’ll have to wait for the lashes to fall out and be replaced...

The Diablo team did refund me right away when I emailed them but I feel like the product instructions should be altered to recommend an looser mould and shorter times to leave the product on (at least if it’s the first time using). I wouldn’t recommend the product given my bad experience but the company service was alright.

Love their products but returns are annoying

Love their products, excellent quality.

Customer service could be improved: ordered as a guest and had to return 1 item. Had to email customer service to get a return label and when they got back to me a day later, they asked me to give the reason for return before they could send a return label. Could be more efficient as it took 3 days before I could finally take it to post office.
