Shocking portions, regular customer of dominos pizza but when you get 8 wedges in a portion it is disappointing!

Order jumpers on the 29/9, still not received them and no tracking updates available. Courier states that items have not been received. I have requested a full refund but also not received yet!

Delivery very quick, however wrong item was received due to order error!

Ordered some sliders for my husband, ordered size 10! Quality and delivery were fine and great price. However, 3 months on my husband took them out the packaging to wear them, on holiday and they are the wrong size, size 9 on the bottom of the slider, size 8 on the label. Not what I ordered, very disappointing!

Poor customer service. Placed an order to collect from a store. One of the items was an OPI nail envy, I have used OPI for 15 years and never had a problem with it. The OPI I purchased from Druni started to peel after 1 day. Druni refused to refund the item because I didn’t report it within 48 hrs. What a stupid rule as not everyone uses make up or nail items as soon as they buy them. I reported the item being defective after 4 days! There are plenty of stores that provide better customer service!

Very quick delivery and reasonably priced hair product!
I have used this product many times and therefore know how good it is. My one criticism is that the oil had leaked as the bottle was not sealed. LF sent me a replacement bottle, however this had also leaked due to not being sealed. All hair or beauty products should be sealed to prevent tampering or contamination!

Disappointed that ecards are for use online only, through the highstreet voucher portal! Would be better if you could also use in a shop with pay wallet.

Stayed at the Travelodge, Worthing Sea front. Great central location, reasonably priced but we had the worst night sleep ever! Ground floor room, continuous traffic and room right next to reception, door being banged most of the night with people coming and going.

Very poor customer service and poor delivery service. I purchased a hair dryer and was told it would be delivered on the 29/6, I still haven’t received it and I have not been given any reassurance on when it will be delivered. I have emailed customer support, whatsapp customer support and they are slow to respond or don’t do what they say. I was told on Monday that the administration department would contact me, I’m still waiting. Tracking for delivery is useless. Poor from Dyson

Why does iceland allow items to be placed in the basket and paid for at checkout if there is no stock. Iceland offers good value but it’s let down by orders being delivered with items missing.
