First class customer service
After purchasing a router from Data Powertools, I discovered that there was a problem with it. I phoned and spoke to David. He arranged for it to be collected and within 2 days of me posting it the router was returned with the issue resolved. I was offered a replacement but I was happy to have the original back. I was also sent some nice freebies for my inconvenience. Thank you David and Data Powertools for such a great customer focused attitude.

I placed my order at 11.45 Tuesday morning and received it at 10.30. the next day. It was on a pallet which the driver helped me release. He took the pallet away. I can not praise Data Tools or DPD any higher. They were fantastic.
