I did my research and Date Powertools were in stock and cheaper than other suppliers for this de Walt tool, and they delivered to me in Cardiff before I could drive over myself to their branch in Cardiff. Brilliant service.

Basic communication!, I’ll be honest, I’d previously order from another company and had to keep chasing them, in the end I cancelled my order and decided to go to yourselves, I was advised when to expect delivery, but apparently there was a delay to you, which obviously meant a delay to me!, a quick phone call from yourselves and all was resolved!, have consequently received goods on rearranged day. As I said, basic communication!, thank you, will absolutely be ordering from you again.

Excellent service only let down by poor packaging i.e I had a battery delivered wrapped in cling film with a hand written sticky label on it.

I called in the Cardiff store to purchase some wood turning tools and a chuck for my lathe. The staff were very helpful. The chuck was unfortunately the wrong one, I returned on the 25 November 2022 to exchange and again the customer service was excellent the one staff member was very knowledgeable about wood turning and even looked on line for local woodturning clubs for myself as a beginner to get some experience. I have also purchased since on line and delivery was excellent. I will definitely be using Data Power Tools again

Very helpful on the phone when I wanted to check an SDS drill fitted with a drill vac! The price was the lowest out there too, couldn't ask for more and we will be using you guys for all Milwaukee kit from now (we did actually order lots more at christmas too!) thank you and have a cracking start to 2023!
