I ordered the wrong product - sent an e-mail requested to cancel it. And it was still sent through!!! I’m actually now considering sending my other order back and using another company.

Review of Flawless CBD
Flawless CBD Customer Service is poor. An order was placed and due to be delivered on the 28th of July. The carrier was unable to deliver due to weather conditions!!
Flawless were contacted and just said wait until the end of the week to see 'if' the item would be delivered - poor. The end of the week came. No delivery. I explained that this wasn't acceptable and to look at other solutions; no response and still to date no delivery.

Review of Hunt Bike Wheels
My delivery of my wheel bag was late and to show their appreciation for be ing patient, Hunt reached out to apologise. Not only did Hunt do this (which was nice), they very kindly dropped me a note to say that they would like to send me a Hunt t-shirt - something I was not expecting. T-shirt arrived and I love it...its been washed twice already due to wear!! Thank you Hunt - considerate customer service going above and beyond for which I am grateful.
