The delivery driver left the parcel on the step and left

The delivery driver left the parcel on the front door and my 86 yr old mother had to struggle to get the parcel into the house.
The door was knocked and the driver left before my mother had time to ask for the parcel to be placed into the hall. Also, the is a disabled bar outside the house which should give an indication of issues walking

My recent purchase from Natuzzi was excellent

My recent purchase from Natuzzi was an excellent experience. The salesperson named Flick was extremely helpful and made the whole process of choosing a sofa really easy. I visited the branch in Cardiff gate and was met by a very friendly person (Flick). There was no pressure selling and I left the showroom with plenty of options. I was contacted by Flick to update me on the details of all the sofas I was interested in and told to take my time and make sure to choose the correct solution for my house renovation.
When I returned to the shop, Flick showed that she was excited to see me and help me with any decisions, which was great.
The shop Natuzzi has an impressive range of trendy modern sofas. I was able to find exactly what I wanted in the showroom, having been to many other showrooms with no success. I’m 6’4 and having a high back and long sofa was hard to find, but Natuzzi had the perfect choice for me.
I await the delivery of my sofa and can’t wait to see what it looks like in my new room. Thank you Flick.

Issues with getting a faulty laptop resolved.

The process of buying a laptop from you was simple and great.
Unfortunately my refurbished laptop had a faulty battery, which is acceptable. So I requested a quick replacement and return of the laptop.
This is where the failings started. The laptop was returned to you and I chased 3 times over the next 3 weeks to have an update. Finally I gave up and demanded a refund, which I'm still having to chase despite assurances from you that it would be paid.
I'm now having to contact Paypal in the morning as it's clear that the promises have been made and no action taken.
It's a shame, as the experience started so well.
My questions about your support staff are - Firstly, do you have a proper check of the laptops before being shipped, as mine clearly had a major battery issue on receiving it (battery would not charge above 3%).
Secondly, do you have an adequate reporting/tracking system for faults. As I was told I had to wait up to 72 hours for a response on my 3rd chase email to be acted upon.
Thirdly, don't say you are going to do something and then not act on it. EG - a call from your manager on Sat, stating that I'd be contacted on Monday, only for me to be chasing on Tuesday for a response. Also a promise that I'd have my money refunded the same day as a call from another manager, only for me to be having to escalate to PayPal due to no refund being made.
It's a big shame. As I will never purchase anything from your company again, and I will advise everyone I know to only purchase new laptops in future due to the potential of running into the same ridiculous delays I've had for a very simple battery issue which could have been resolved within a week.

Richersounds has, I would say, the best Customer support I have ever experienced. They are always more than happy to help you with any issues; always happy to discus in length any of your potential buying options; great recommendations based on your needs and in my last experience happy to give you Customer satisfaction, even if it costs them in the process – in my case it was a price match. Amazing help as always. I am happy to fully recommend Richersounds to all my friends. Nothing is too much trouble, and aftercare service is the best.
