Great costumer service
I ordered a record power lathe online from data power tools , it arrived a few days later well packaged but on opening the box I found the tool rest was missing so I phoned data and got a very helpful david who advised he'd get straight on to record to sort matters out but being a Friday afternoon it would have to be Monday.
David phoned back on Monday to tell me it was sorted and new part was on way .

Some issues but clearly they care
We did have an issue with the late delivery of the tools which we had to work around - I will give the company credit however as they did in the end send us some gifts that for us shows they care and that the issue is an unusual event for them - tools and prices are spot on so we will order again (early this time).
