Good service

Good service, paid for next day delivery but DPD didn’t turn up the next day. DPD tried saying they called but fortunately for us the camera proved they did not attempt to deliver on the day. Appliance Direct gave us a refund for the next day delivery we had paid . Thank you

Smell on the mattress is not pleasant

Smell on the mattress is not pleasant, don’t find it any better than the one we threw out if we’re honest. It was an expensive purchase which hasn’t lived up to expectations

Bought a new sofa and two reclining chairs, they were delivered on the day they said and the two delivery people were very careful getting the furniture in without marking the walls or doors, all in all a very happy experience
