We are an overseas company and recently placed an order with Data Tools Ltd. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. James, our point of contact, provided brilliant service throughout. Offering clear communication, helpful advice, and excellent support every step of the way. James truly went above and beyond to ensure we received the right tools for our needs. The delivery was punctual, the goods were properly stacked, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

Did online order - no issues

Great company to deal with. Called them on a Friday to enquire about one of the products I was after which wasn't in stock and after chatting with one of their team members I decided to place an order same day around 3pm.
Everything I ordered was delivered next Tuesday, even if I was told that it may take up to a week because of the product that they didn't had in stock.
What else can you ask for?!
Great customer service and competitive prices, will definitely used them again and recommend them to anyone!

I live in south east England and i found dara powertools online, i had some issues with my delivery on my very first order this was NOT fault of data powertools but when i spoke with David he went above and beyond to make it right. All of my future tools and tool boxes will be purchased from these guy. Absolutely fantastic costomer service.

The company advertised they stocked a certain hoody which I paid for in advance but then told me it was out of stock or discontinued so had to get my money back.
On line ordering should reflect amount of stock available

Happy with the service provided by Data Powertools however the delivery took 4 days to arrive and no option to improve. This is discounting the fact that it stretched over a weekend. DPD Local used. We have deliveries to our plant everyday by DPD and delivery was made outside standard working hours beyond 5.00pm. For a business this is not really acceptable
