Phoned to get help with delivery as DHL driver mistakenly took my order to a Royal Mail Depot. Didn't know where the parcel was but CNS Tools assured me they could sort out the delivery with DHL and get them to correct address.

Driver phoned me for directions & left my parcel in a secure location which meant I could enjoy a nice cuppa coffee when I got home.
