We’ll never used this company before, but they had all the Milwaukee items I was after, and at a fantastic price with free DPD delivery to Aberdeenshire, that many class as Scottish Highlands know, and we are nowhere near there

Was handy for Aberdeen airport and all worked well, would use again, if need parking for weekends away.

Shocking service, Clydesdale Bank has ruined a once good company, my wife was transferring his ISA product into her new VW fixed rate ISA, it’s like stepping back in time, no you can’t do this no you can’t do that, need manual form sent, completed form and sent.
Two weeks later a letter to say they need to know what company the money is going too, when VM new account number on the form.
Said they needed the sort code but the could not accept over phone or email, and they forgot to send the stamped addressed envelope again, I have worked in financial services for 30+ years and I checked the form and the part they said should be completed was not for Virgin to Virgin account but another company bizarre.
They said they would send out new stamped addressed envelope, 2 weeks plus nothing for third time, while they pay you 0.25%.
If we were not tied into deals we would move all our accounts, I wonder if they will compensate for lost interest.
PLEASE for you Sanity avoid using them till the modernise and put on enough staff that are properly trained to deal with questions, I had the same carry on with my one eventually went into branch to get sorted, total waste of my time and at my expense without as much as an apology, a once great brand completed ruined

Selling my iPad , was so simple, and as new customer I got a code that did not work, but a quick contact on live chat and this was sorted and additional 10% paid a few days later.
Also no trying to find a reason to pay less was good.
