Great Classes !

I have been doing Jaime’s Dance Fit and Circuits for several months now and I absolutely love both classes . The dance class makes me smile throughout , it’s a proper feel good class and thankfully doesn’t matter if you go wrong ( which I usually do!)
Circuits class is a great balance for all levels with mixed gender and ages ,Jaime keeps it varied and fun for all .

So very disappointed

So very disappointed. Received Hyundai Air Compressor. Set it up but appeared to loose power . Didn’t need it for few days so waited for my son to return from travels to check I had set it up correctly. All ok but lost little power after set up but still should have been sufficient to work my stapler .
Emailed them ( within the 10 day return window and to the sales team as per instructions on site ) as thought maybe the bigger one would work better and asked them to approve return and then I could order the bigger model . No reply . Resent email 3 days later when no reply . Now another 2 full working days and no response received.
I cannot manage without a working compressor so will have to order a new one but most certainly will not be with this company !!
I will be guidance on trading standards site to see how I need to proceed !

Dreadfully disappointed and offended…

I was so looking forward to receiving my dress . I cannot say how disappointed I was when it arrived . I took photos . The dress arrived in a cheap plastic bag . It looked like it had been screwed up like a dish cloth ! Even the tissue paper looked pre used ! From a company like Rixo I would expect the dress to arrive in a nice box , be ironed ! And be beautifully presented . I sent it back because I was angry that you hold my custom with so little esteem that you insult me by this presentation!

We do steam and neatly pack all our garments before they are sent out but of course cannot always control how these are transited.
