Non professional service. The edge of illegal activity
We have a very ugly situation with ClimaMarket ( climamarket.eu )
Our landlord (We are in Germany) has ordered there a heat pump LG.
It worked normally about a week and got broken.
Currently it’s been almost 6 weeks as the problem still on the run.
Climamarket is not going to resolve it.
They were asking for some reports from local experts, then they just stopped to answer e-mails.
We have children. Their room is cold. Kitchen and bathroom is about 9 degrees.
We are using kerosine to warm up the bathroom.
We are keeping last 2 rooms warm using electric warmers. Our electricity spends more than 1 Megawatt/month.
Last utility bill is 700+ euro.
There is no question if any of us will use their service in future.
Question is how legal is their activity.

The unit presented an electrical issue, the cause of which had to be verified in order to send a new part under warranty. We arranged the visit of a professional installer who took care of it and just sent their report. We will be sending a new PCB as a result, which should take care of the problem.
