Web great and easy to find your way around, find what you want and put it your shopping bag then off to pay for your goods and arrange an easy payment & delivery options and that’s it. Just await for delivery, and so the parcel arrives and I open it and find two black, one cyan, and one Magenta also instead of a yellow a Magenta U-C2P25AE which was for a HP Officejet printer ad not my Epsom WF 4820. No doubt as soon as I contact them a replacement will soon be on its way.

I've used Choice Stationery for many years and find they are generally good.
However, I've just bought a new printer and they seem to be having trouble getting supplies for it. My first order was delayed about a week for black ink to arrive and my second order has been on hold for 2 weeks so far for coloured ink to arrive. A check today reveals there have no idea when it will arrive!
I hope this doesn't continue, or I'll have to look elsewhere.

I always use Choice because I can trust WHAT I get, and WHEN I get it it.

I have been very happy in purchasing my HP cartridges from Choice Stationary Supplies. I have been dealing with Choice for a couple of years now and they never dissapoint on service or quality. The staff are also very helpful and pleasant.

Although for some reason didn’t get a confirmation or despatch email from them this order, ordered many times previous never had a problem despatches quick well packaged and good inks

The items I ordered were despatched quickly and post and packing free and arrived in 2 days.

Order dispatched promptly and delivered in less than 2 days .

Problems with order, checking Company House, I see they have gone into recievership yet again.
Their offices in Taunton are now closed due to the change in ownership, to a firm in Chorley,Lancashire...
Had been a regular customer for a few years,you think they could have sent an email saying they were in recievership & selling to another company,very poor service..

I WAS a regular customer. However they sent my order to a fictitious address that does not physically exist. They then argued I had entered this fictitious address as their system could not have possibly been at fault. Therefore they cannot help. So they have my money and I have no product. I will contact my bank accordingly and never use this unprofessional and uninformed of basic consumer law company again.

Choice Stationery supplies have been around for a long time and I have found that they have maintained their high standard of service and good quality throughout
the years.
