I have a great experience with this company! It’s been good for years but has improved in the last 2 years / I have a delightful regular delivery person and cover staff have definitely improved over time.

I have bought several items from this company and have experienced great quality and service every time. I once bought an item that wasn’t right for me and they rectified it quickly and helpfully. Once I didn’t get operating instructions and they were emailed to me in seconds! They have been so helpful. Thanks to all the staff - great job.

I have the large cleaner that I love but for a small spill etc it’s a bit of a phaff getting it out- so bought the smaller one, works perfectly but hard for me as I can’t kneel!!
Please do a small one with a stick!!

Excellent product I bought the cooling mat for my greyhound in L and it’s perfect!! She loves it - I feel confident as it has no gel to worry over - it does its job perfectly- I can feel it if I stand on it!!! Washes a treat too.

The first time I have been disappointed with one of your bras. I found it has come up smaller than my others although it is meant to be the same. It was your broderie anglaise bra. It is tight around me and actuallyhurts.
