Jet2 staff were excellent from start to finish

Jet2 staff were excellent from start to finish of our holiday. The young man at Heraklion airport on our return journey was really pleasant and very informative. He immediately put us at ease whilst we were waiting for the flight home.
The Anastasia Hotel was lovely and we had a ground floor room as requested. The grounds were very pretty and beautifully maintained.
Apart from one male waiter, who was quite rude, the restaurant staff were very helpful.
The only disappointment was that after checking with the hotel, via Jet2, whether gluten free bread and cereal were available, to be told every effort would be made. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they did not do GF bread but I would have to buy my own which they could keep in the freezer. If I'd known this before we came I would have brought my own bread (which is free on prescription) as Jet2 allowed extra hand luggage. GF cereal wasn't available either but that didn't matter as much. Having said that the GF food available was really good.

Attempts to change delivery point failed - parcel left outside house.

I've already done a review on this delivery but to repeat.
Before you notified me that the parcel was on it's way I tried several times to change delivery point to a neighbour but the website wouldn't let me. The parcel was then delivered to our house when we were not in and left outside the porch on first delivery. Phoned neighbour who went to collect and fortunately it was still there.
