This visit was better to get a refund!

This visit was better- even though it was to return glasses that weren't what I thought I had ordered and which didn't work. I was after a refund!

I was seen promptly, explained the issues I had with the glasses and the poor service I had previously received and got my refund- all in good time.

Brilliant repair on driveway- saved the insurers pounds!

Having agreed it was a "No fault" accident, my insurance company was willing to repair superficial damage suffered by my car without excess or impact on my no-claims bonus. They suggested giving my car to an "Approved" bodywork shop and having the use of a hire car. I suggested asking Revive to do it on my driveway.
On the basis that, if it didn't work, I could fall back on the first option, I went ahead with Revive. In the event, for a few pounds I was saved the hassle of swapping cars for who knows how long. What is more, the Insurance Company must have saved a fortune.
The work was done quickly, efficiently and very effectively, so no-one could tell where my car had been damaged. Very pleased- not least when my insurance company agreed to cover the small cost!

Review of The Range

Why don't they have full Click & Collect?

We wanted to buy a couple of items that were in stock centrally and at some stores, but which were not in stock at our local store. We asked if we could get them sent to the store for us to collect, but was told Range don't do that.
We had a choice of travelling 30 miles to the nearest store with stock or pay for post to our home. We did the latter and the goods arrived in good condition and in good time.
Many of their competitors arrange free delivery to a local store for collection- why not Range?

We needed some flowers delivered promptly for our daughter after she fell and broke her wrist. Found some lovely looking ones with Bunches and they were delivered the next working day. She was delighted with them.

What's wrong with my new printer's supplies?

I've used Choice Stationery for many years and find they are generally good.
However, I've just bought a new printer and they seem to be having trouble getting supplies for it. My first order was delayed about a week for black ink to arrive and my second order has been on hold for 2 weeks so far for coloured ink to arrive. A check today reveals there have no idea when it will arrive!
I hope this doesn't continue, or I'll have to look elsewhere.

It took me ages to get as poor response

Wanted to get some information about cancelling/ reselling tickets. I couldn't talk to anyone, so used Live chat. I was 90th in the queue! The queue seemed to stop moving, so I accidentally closed the chat and had to start again. This happened 3 times.
After the last attempt (where I started again at 87th in the queue, I eventually got through after nearly an hour and got a response, which didn't really answer my question.
AXS clearly hasn't got the staff to cope with the workloads.

So Far, So Good

I can't believe how quickly I could complete the application for a new supply!

I understood from price comparison sites that the price was likely to be good and I quickly confirmed the price and signed up- all in less than 5 minutes.

Just hope future service is as good!

There was no response to my order

There was no response to my order, which was delayed- I had to chase it up and received it shortly afterwards.

I've never had a bad experience with Choice Stationery before, so it has badly gone downhill- even though value is still good.
