Great Experience.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on this website but from personal experience they were great to deal with. I did have to send a copy of bank card, driving licence and utility bill but once I sent this my withdrawal was approved immediately and sent to my bank straight away.

Worst site possible. Don’t even bother. Surprising that you get apps like this where they take your money and when you win ask for every possible detail possible to avoid paying. Disgusting. Marketed like a British legit site but clearly run from a shed in Malta. Terrible company run by terrible people

Deposited £50 won £629 playing games after I tried to withdraw my winnings the made it as difficult as possible to get money out and I’m still waiting for my documents to be approved. Waiting 5 days and still no sign.

I deposited £10,000.00 with Casinoland who were quick enough to take my deposit. I won £13,000.00 and submitted my withdrawal request. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for my account to be activated again, even after sending every piece of information about me known to man. I have no idea when I will receive my money and when I ask for an update they tell me I will have an outcome in XX amount of working days and then that timeframe passes constantly. Nobody can give me a definitive answer. The stress this has caused me has been unbearable.

They are quick enough to take your money but do not want to pay out any will withdrawals.

I downloaded this app yesterday,deposited and thought this is a great site! I won and thought great!! Didn’t go over the deposit limit of £5 a spin because of the bonus rules,kept winning so then I could withdraw! I’ve just got an email to say that I played a restricted game with my bonus funds so they have cancelled the whole withdrawal amount!! So it’s all gone,back to the site!! Disgusting!! I signed up to this website I deposited around £1000 all together I won around £2015 so i withdrew my money on a Friday,Saturday,Sunday It got to Tuesday and I still hadn’t received any confirmation to say my payments were on the way so I popped up on the live chat and soon as I mentioned this they dispatched an email to say I need to send in documents which I found weird as they never said anything about this before so I sent in the documents they replied within 24 hours to say my ID picture was not sufficient so I sent another picture which was accepted the day after that my payments were processed so all in all I waited a week for my money which is the longest I have ever waited for money from a casino so I’m not saying casino land ripped me off or anything it just took a week and I found the website to be slightly sketchy because they only ask for ID when you want to withdraw your money I won’t be playing on this site again just stick to ones like sky William hill coral Iv never had problems with these apps but this was the longest I have ever waited for a payout

They stole my deposit! Not even winnings! I put my deposit in of£100 had two spins and they cut me off during the third spin saying my account was closed! I asked for details and no reply. I have sent emails twice daily. I have discovered Resolver who you can contact who may help with there scamming. I have given them 24 hours to return the stolen money before I take action.

After winning big I received an email which said:
"Your account has been closed because you have opened another account with a site under the One Click Limited licence. We reserve the right to confiscate any winnings, and any deposits". In other words because I enjoyed two different casino sites they stole my money.

I win 2100, but never see tho money, one week I send so many different documents, and after that tł, tell me this..... About a week I have a decision That's part of their justification "We have now completed the review of your account and based on the information we have on file, the verification you have completed and the documentation sent in we have made the decision to refund your deposits and remove winnings from your account. We also feel that it is in your best interest to enforce an Operator Enforced Exclusion for 5 years."

Stinks of deufradation money, I report this to a government agency for organised crime, too many people the same thing happened.

Let me start by saying I didn't have a problem getting paid for the first day,then all of a sudden after winning not a lot maybe 60£ over a 24 hr period,started getting messages telling they wanted a bank statement and proof of income .I felt they treated me like a money laundered just a crook basically when I asked about it ,she said the reLevant team would email me which they never,There a bit crooked these lot they like a rigged game JUST STAY AWAY.

I won over £1600 with the joining bonus (completed the wagering requirements) and tried to withdraw the balance.
I waited a couple days whilst trying to authenticate my account. I kept getting issues authenticating ID so assumed this is why it took so long but then I get an email to say that they are removing all of my winnings as I broke the terms of the bonus. I was not allowed to bet over £5.
However I was not prevented from placing any restricted bets therefor I did not realise at the time bearing in mind these bets I made did not count towards the wagering requirements. I had won the majority of my winnings on slot bets within the terms and yet they did not allow me to keep these winnings either.
To top it off I also had a balance of £1000 that I had been wanting to withdraw but was waiting for the authentication confirmation. These issues carried on for so long that I knew I would not ever see the money. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. There are much better trusted sites out there
