Tried to withdraw my winnings but it says my bank account number is wrong it is not the told me the issue is with my bank it is not they just are scamming me and won't pay my winnings

I played on Guts using a bonus had a win and was paid out in under 24 hours to my bank account they did not charge any fees.

If you use Gambling sites you will know how rare this is. Often it is problem after problem some sites just use outright fraud to avoid pay outs.

They try to scam with free bet offers. Told that i didn't opt in to campaign before i placed a bet. Which is not true and i have all the screenshots about this.

They convert UTC right (3 hours behind EEST ) when i opted in but convert it the other way when checking when i placed my bet and try to act that UTC is 3 hours AHEAD of EEST. Which it is not. I placed a bet over 5 hours later than i opted in.

Always problems with them, bad excuses (pure lies) about opting in/placing a bet and time zones. They simply don't know what they are doing or more likely think that customers are stupid, try to lie and hope people give up.

You can't trust them at all. Avoid for all cost.

This company accessed my bank account without authorisation

I used to love this casino because of the super fast payouts.... Now I rarely win also used a prepaid credit card to deposit $25 now everytime I withdrawl it makes me withdrawl $25 to this prepaid card that can not be loaded. And then they cancel the $25 withdrawl to that card and deposit back to my account. Everytime I withdrawl..... Also spend over $100 trying to get the game of guts spinsma 50 free spins on Xmas sugar rush. Finally got it first 50 free spins won $5 next day I have 30 free spins on legacy of dead, support says there having an issue with spinsma.. so 30 free spins on the worst game ever. Eon $1.15 $6.15 total and it cost me over $100. I was a dedicated player until this was my icing . I will NEVER deposit another penny.

Probably the worst poker software ive seen in my life ... with a not so random card generator that give constantly big hand to both player head up to induce action with plenty of 1 and 2 outter on the river ... there worst than poker stars trust me stay away from that scam poker site! at all cost!

Actually enjoyed this casino until I ran into problems with the bonus system so after 5 deposits and 1 withdrawal in a week this casino would rather close my account than actually help. I would not recommend this casino at all. Dodgy asf.

I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

Its a complete joke of a bookie. Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around £500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn't understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn't let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn't belong to them? Are they legally aloud to fraud and steal hard working single mothers and fathers money? What kind of punishment if any do they get when this sort of thing happens and who do I turn to in order to help me or is there anyone or anywhere that I can turn to in order to recieve help and have them fined or punished for their illegal actions towards myself and poor illegal business conduct? Please help.....
