AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I deposited £10,000.00 with Casinoland who were quick enough to take my deposit. I won £13,000.00 and submitted my withdrawal request. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for my account to be activated again, even after sending every piece of information about me known to man. I have no idea when I will receive my money and when I ask for an update they tell me I will have an outcome in XX amount of working days and then that timeframe passes constantly. Nobody can give me a definitive answer. The stress this has caused me has been unbearable.
They are quick enough to take your money but do not want to pay out any will withdrawals.
Worst Casino I have ever come across and I have a made a complaint to the gambling commission.
STAY AWAY.
