Seems like everyone has the same experience with this website, they have a good selection of games but they play differently to all other sites I have played on, you get the odd average win but if you don't take it it then just takes your balance without any wins in the process, this has happened multiple times so you can't argue it is random as it would not happen every time, I have spoken to them and they quote RTP and all the usual rubbish, fact of the matter is they must have some control over it as I have never played on another site that so many people have had the same experience, it's not a case of being a sore loser it just gets to a point when you are literally chucking your money away with no chance of winning anything decent, would love to see what everyone's net deposit is for this site. One of the worst sites I've played on. Site claim games are random and have no control over how they pay out, but that is bull. When you have a decent win, which I haven't ever done on this site, but have on multiple other sites, you expect it not to pay out again and the game dries up normally, this site feels like that on every game you play, every time. I only play 2 or 3 of the same games across multiple sites and this site they just play different, as soon as you deposit you can tell you're not getting anything after a couple of spins. Don't expect to win all the time but the amount I've spent you would expect a decent win at some point from these "random" games. If you ever do get on the bonus they are always rubbish as well, no doubt they will write back saying some nonsense about being random but there must be a reason other sites bonuses are generally better and you actually have a chance of winning a decent amount.

The site in general is very good and has a great selection of games.

The withdrawal process is however very annoying as in this day and age it shouldn't take 5 days. I am currently waiting on 2 withdrawals which I have been informed they may have to check with the game providers, something I have never experienced before.

Happy to change to 5 stars if I receive my withdrawals soon, not holding my breath though.

UPDATE - Received all withdrawals after4 working days. I would still say they could improve withdrawal times but if you accept the timescales it is a great site.

All the usual slots but you don't win a penny, literally just drains your balance, how the games can claim the games are random is beyond me, each site must have win and loss settings, after playing for years never seen a site like this.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst site I've played on by a country mile. Honestly save your money and use elsewhere. All slots played just take take take with very minimal or no wins, literally chucking money away. 5 star reviews are fake.

Delivery is brilliant, can order on a Saturday and receive your parcel on a Sunday, not many companies do that. Returned a jacket and was refunded within 2 days, overall great experience.

I have amended my review as my issues have been solved.
The customer service can be difficult to deal with but it is because restricted with what they can do, they seem to have to raise everything to other departments who you can't speak to directly.
My ID was verified and I now have my withdrawals processed and money in my bank. As per my previous review the gameplay is great. Before you sign up read the T and Cs as there are some bits about ID etc which seem to have tripped people up. I would advise uploading proof of address and photo ID as soon as you have an account to make sure it doesn't delay any withdrawals. All in all good site just lacking a bit of customer service although Joe was brilliant and solved my issues.

Do not use this company. They take your money without any checks then when you want to withdraw they make it very difficult. Even after sending multiple documents and making an initial withdrawal they then say your withdrawal is not possible and do not respond to emails. Avoid!!

Great Experience.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on this website but from personal experience they were great to deal with. I did have to send a copy of bank card, driving licence and utility bill but once I sent this my withdrawal was approved immediately and sent to my bank straight away.

This is the worst site I have played on by a country mile. I saw some other comments about never winning and thought they were sore losers but after playing with multiple stakes 100s of time I didn't get one bonus. Played the games on other websites and had decent success rates but not a jot on here. I would advise everyone to use other sites as they are much better.
