4 minutes late trying to get a disabled person into the car and the exit was partially blocked by a delivery van
I hope that you people who run this company have a similar experience at a hospital
Illegal operation
This company operates completely illegally. It issues PCNs with no clear evidence and rejects appeals with no valid evidence, knowing that the appeal is valid. I was issued and illegal PCN of £60 AND they also took my payment for the parking - a clearly displayed parking ticket that had not expired. It also is illegal also to take money for a ticket and to demand a fine for no parking ticket on top of that fee. Please can everyone experiencing the same also report them to trading standards as I am. It operates to make money this way as very few people bother to follow through disputes for the illegal PCNs. Disgusting dispicable lowlifes.
Appalling
Appalling. 2 visits to Cov hospital - two attempted fines from CPP even though the parking charge was payed on the day. A complaint will be going direct to the hospital and the British Parking Association.
What a bunch of robbing people!
What a bunch of robbing people!
Visited Rugby ST Cross for outpatients appointment we were there for under one hour paid the £2.50 parking fee via the meters on site but still received a parking fine for £100. Just tried to email them with proof of payment but email just bounced back.
Might wait this one out one thinks!
lowest of the low
they make purchasing a ticket as difficult as possible in hospital car parks where people are already stressed enough and provide machines they call kiosks and hidden rules so they can earn through fines. these people are the lowest of the low and if you work for them you should hold your head in shame and know that you are ripping people off. the world despises you and you will I expect one day learn the error
Scammers, DO NOT USE
Scammers! I parked for an initial 30 mins (which is free) then as I was staying for longer I purchased more hours on the app. I then received a parking notice which I appealed with proof of payment and details. The parking notice has been rejected and I still owe a £60.
I just think this is crazy when I PAID for parking.
How they think this is the right way to treat people is beyond me, especially for people who are visiting a hospital and have PAID for a parking ticket. Not my fault your APP is a load of shit.

Received Letter Before Claim today for my wife parking in an Hospital Car Park in Essex visiting her very ill father - but we have proof of payment via Barclaycard statement.
No idea how they can get away with this.
Have written about possible Counter Claim for harrassment.
Shocking.
EDIT 13TH AUGUST 2025 - I have done some research at Companies House on this compnay - Publicly available on the Companies House web site. They hide themselves under 5 levels of complicated corporate structures - Eventually you end up with Macquarie European Investments Holdings Limitited - Australian Investment Bank Private Equity Fund! Not well known for their ethics, but well known for making a lot of money!
I am trying to appeal online
I am trying to appeal online - does anyone know how to do this -seems no option for this .. I have tried to call - no avail - tried popla to ask how to appeal online - no chance to get through??
Just appealing a ticket
Just appealing a ticket. I parked in a car park in Leeds City Centre. There were 2 machines, I followed all the instructions and at the end, nothing happened. It just moved on to the next customer. I called them, nobody answers but you can pay via the phone. Tried both my debit cards but neither worked. I went online. Same issue, my cards were not accepted. Finally I messaged them via WhatsApp and was greeted by bots. (I was in the car park a total of 15 minutes). F/U soon
I find this to be a faceless company…
I find this to be a faceless company hiding behind legalities to enforce payments or handing over to debt collection agencies to collect monies. Despite appealing to CPP & POPLA plus writing several letters along with a number of e/mails had no response from them apart from demands and threats of County Court action. I made every attempt possible to make contact and despite this was unable at any point to talk to anyone about my PCN'S or setting up a payment plan. I eventually received an e/mail saying they never received my first letter but didn't aknowledge my last letter that was posted and required a signature. As i said before this is a faceless company committing what I can only describe as LEGAL THEFT. This has been going on since 28/02/2025 and I have only just set up a payment plan so I believe they do this to have increased charges.

I visited Ipswich hospital on a motorbike from 1300 to 1400 there no picture on the screen as there when I use a car. No info on paying with motorbikes and when I tried to enter my reg nothing happened. What to fo with this company have someone yo talk to instead of AI crap.
This company is the worst!
This company is the worst!.
Despite paying for parking, they came up with parking charge. Despite appeal and evidence submitted. They did not respond to appeal. After 28 days, they sent an email, claiming they had already rejected the appeal and advised to appeal to an independent company, which they did not.
Inorder to appeal to the independent body, I would need the rejection outcome and a verification code. Because they did not send this, I cannot appeal to the independent body. This is how they exploit people unfairly.
Why should NHS be using this company?
Why are they not held accountable with all these poor experiences from people?
This company needs to be held accountable!.
you are big scammers
you are big scammers. all you care about is money. you don't care about pepole's circumstances even if they were bleeding at the hospital cause it is not important but money is.
Don’t rely on these peopl
On arrival back in Manchester I clicked the link and received a message to say the driver was on his way and another message would be sent to signify how long he would be.
40 minutes and many attempts to contact cpp still no pick up. We had already been on the road 12 hours and had another 2 ahead of us. We got a taxi back to the hotel who arranged the car parking.
On arrival the minibus for cpp was outside. I asked the driver why we hadn’t been picked up and showed him the message. After a number of dismissive comments such as I just drive I don’t get involved. He kept on about pressing a button so I showed him exactly what I had done to which he said oh it’s come through now. He had no email or phone number I could complain to. I had to get the information from the hotel.
On contacting the company and giving them the facts about the system not working. They took a few days only to tell me that because the system had recorded my contact ( the second time round after I had already received a reply that caused me to sit and wait) apparently I had had use of their services and no refund was available. Logic will tell any fool that if you are at the arrival point and complaining to someone who never picked you up to get you there that the service has not been provided.
My advice…. don’t rely on these people. The taxi was only £2.50 more and there’s no waiting and a personal service.
What if it had been leaving for a flight one wonders? This has one star as zero stars are not available
Scammers Visited Coventry hospital…
Scammers Visited Coventry hospital paid for my parking in line with the policy and their automatic machine I have a receipt in my hand today they've sent me a parking charge notice for £100 pounds you cannot get to speak to a person total scammers
Avoid at all costs
It's hard to tell if these clowns are just incompetent but I suspect it's more sinister.
Neither their app nor pay by phone was working when I tried to pay. On appeal they simply repeat that it was, and reject the appeal. That's it. That's their evidence.
I can't avoid them as they run parking at my work- but please do if at all possible.
Slightly amused actually

The payment machine at Colchester General Hospital
The payment machine at Colchester Hospital was out of order and I couldn't find another one. The exit barrier was up so I left knowing that they would pursue me for the parking charge which i was happy to pay but I received a fine of £35 instead. I offered to pay the original charge and appealed, both were refused. This is now with a debt collection agency with threats of the county court. I refuse to pay a fine and encourage the corruption from this company. I am in the process of writing to the CEO of CPP with a cheque to cover the initial parking fee. I will not be forced to pay a fine that was due to the negligence of their machines.
Appaling money grabbers cowboys
scaming machine. i have been going to harlow hospital few days in a week to pick up my wife in the evening, i stay there for other 20 minutes so i pay at the paypoint. every single time the machine wasn't delivering any receipt, i was then tacking a photo. but one day the machine wasn't working and a stood there for 5 minutes until i decided to go for the other machines at the main entrance which i parked on the pick up and drop off section to acces them. i paid many times at the machine since it was at time refusing my registration or doing a time out thing. i finaly paid for the whole day and couldn't exceed that amount of money at the machine. obviously no receipt are available on theses 2 more machines, sound like there is no machine delivering a receipt arround that hospital which i remember my thought teeling me that it was a scam for sick people or eldery visitors. i then received a fine that i contested via their website and i uploaded my photos of payment after many aptempt. it has been rejected and i then went to popla which has taken 3 month to reject my apeal for the reason that i parked on the pick up drop off point or blue badge owner space when the main topic was that i didn't pay for parking that day. i now have to pay 125£ for non payment of the undiscounted fine of 100£ plus 25£ fees for sending me a letter. that POPLA is absolutely a waste of time and they know it, i'm now facing the choice of pay the ticket or pay for food in that economy, wicked people and compagny, i hope that they get what they deserve.
