I received a ticket for overstaying at Coventry hospital by 9 mins. The delay was due to the nurse only letting in one visitor at a time. i appealed to CPP but got back a message saying "Don't be so daft, it isn't a fine, some people?" nowhere on the CPP website can you complain, rubbish

The engineer (Nathan) was very knowledgeable, customer friendly and very helpful.
