Robbed — literally and figuratively.

I was robbed a few hours before my Squid Game experience — like, actual crime, not just “someone took my lunch money.” I contacted the company immediately, thinking surely they’d understand and offer some kind of support or refund.

Instead, their one and only “solution” was:
🧠 "Just transfer the tickets to someone else.”
Oh? To who? The imaginary friend I brought with me on holiday? The friendly stranger I just met on the street after being mugged? Genius.

They showed zero empathy, no flexibility, and absolutely no willingness to work with someone who’d just gone through something traumatic — despite contacting them before the time slot.

This was the only booking I’ve ever missed, and I had a damn good reason. But apparently once they’ve got your money, compassion goes straight out the window.

If you're considering booking, just remember: if life hits the fan, they’ll leave you hanging. Discusting!

Absolutely discusting!

Absolutely discusting!
I flew from Barcelona on Vueling Flight no: VY8560 on the 25th of Ap 2023. What an absolutely horrific experience. So my friend became critically ill and couldn't travel, I had to take her bag back home and the main hostess (believe her name was Diana? ) was the most rude person I have ever met! She went completely ballistic when she saw that I had an extra bag ( my friends bag) and even after telling her my friend couldn't travel I HAD to stand up and find a new place for this bag elsewhere. She shouted at me that she didn't care about my friend and they I needed to do this. There was plenty of space under the free seat where my friend "would" have sat and she still went on at me. I became so sad and angry that she eventually stormed off and left me alone. Then she moved a very tall man next to me, the guy put his bag underneath the 3rd seat (which was no issue) and made to sit next to me (?) so odd. So I sat by the window with this tall guy next to me and an empty 3rd seat. What kind of awful treatment is this? Of my 37 years of traveling I have NEVER experienced such a rude cabin crew person. I will never travel with this airline while this person is working there. Im writing this review now because I've honestly refused to believe this ever happened and it scarred me from traveling. It felt more like I was in juvenile prison.

I have never experienced a rude hostess…

I have never experienced a rude hostess with play until this flight. I have no idea why but she was extremely harsh with everything she served me and said to me. She even woke me up by poking me, I was a bit shocked but smiled to her and said "Oh, hi...can I order a tea please? "
She interrupted me and said" I'm not talking to you."
I felt it was very rude. She didn't smile once and let her bad mood get the best of her. Not close to anything I've experienced with play before, quite sad really.

Wow, worst postal service in the ever. Takes a month to get a small package from the US to Europe these days. Used to be quicker. Its quicker to order from China.

Please don't fall for this scam 🙏
So I made the mistake of betting on a eurovision song contest... I made the mistake of joining by betsson with some welcome bonus. So for this bonus you need to basically play all your winnings x100 or something like it. I've lost it all and I'm extremely pissed off that I fell for this scam. Eurovision contest is in May and they want me to use up my bonus this month, I've been betting on sports like crazy to try and wager this stupid bonus and it's just not happening. This is a scam and please dear people don't fall into this grave if you're like me only wanting to bet on one competition like me. Shame on this company!

Month later - I've spent more than I ever wanted to and was able to wager the bonus. Now I have a crappy 15 dollars (when I should have 80 in winnings.. And I can't even withdraw it WHAT?!)

I think this company allows sellers to…

I think this company allows sellers to pay them a small fee for a made up tracking. Makes no sense that so many people are not getting their packages.
I've waited 60 days and all my other packages from China have arrived waaay before the one shipped with this company. Horrible service, no way of reaching them and their website is really badly designed (crashes and not mobile friendly).
