I can comment only on sportsbook side. The range of odds is good and errors don't usually happen. However the interface is really slow, margins are high.

Not bad, but a lot to improve.

Biggest robbers!! Bad pricing, extremely high margin in all products!! Prices are absolutely horrible. For example comapred the open outright prices in-play to other sportsbook and literally fort top10 players prices were half of the other book.

And if you win they kick you out.

SCAM!!! They literally stole my money! I placed a bet for (from what I can recall) £10 and won £30 in return. I contacted them to withdraw and they wanted ID that I didn't have.

This is unbelievable!!!! How can they justify this? If it was a security measure to stop underage gambling, why would they not ask for the same ID BEFORE taking my money, or BEFORE allowing me to place the bet. So this argument is null and void! They deliberately had this there to stop people from withdrawing!

If you weren't going to let me have my winnings, at least return my initial deposit/payment!!! This is nothing but theft!!

Now they're restricted access in my country (the UK), so I can't even log in and try and resolve the matter.

Worst place i have gambled. They never let you win big amount, or even close to what you put in. They always give a little under half of what you spent. Totally rigged SCAM to steal your money! Scam. They send me emails that bets were cancelled (fighter was injured the day before the fight). It was a part of combined bet, they still calculated it as if I lost (once again, half of that did not even take place). Customer support is absolutely clueless and rude. Use something else but not this… whatever this is.

I've played everywhere and honestly Betsafe is the worst sportsbook I've ever seen. They send 90% of bets to trader and reject an outrageous amount of bets.

For verification I send utility bills and they reject those saying they're not the right bills when they clearly are what they're asking for. I can't even be bothered to go into chat because I don't even want to be a customer here anymore.

I'm guessing they do this to try to avoid giving you any opportunity to rollover the first deposit bonus taken.

Easy deposit easy withdrawal - with no chance to stop the withdrawal after clicking the button. Good thing for addicts and much respect to BetSafe for doing that.
-That shows that they do care about their players. The common practice from sly casinos is to ask for all the documents and idendity when you cash out big, so that you have to wait and then possibly play up your won funds. Not these guys tho!

Never had any issues with these guys, but they are very stingy about bonuses compared to my other regular casinos.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They advertise a lot about the best RPT strategy but in reality they do what scam casinos do. They let you win a bit and then if you won a lot they will never let you win again. They just drain you. For example 500 Eur in spins 0 bonuses on 5 machines. Is that fair? I don't think so. At least a 1 bonus, I would understand if I don't win. But spending 500 Eur on slots and getting 0 bonuses is just extreme I think.
