My account was hacked. They placed a booking and I did not even received a confirmation email. Because somehow you can change that during the booking. That's just ridiculous. You get hacked there is not phone number to call, no live chat option. Just a help center where you just go in circles without any real help for time sensitive matter. It is a joke nothing else. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is not security in the company so you data is NOT SAFE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They advertise a lot about the best RPT strategy but in reality they do what scam casinos do. They let you win a bit and then if you won a lot they will never let you win again. They just drain you. For example 500 Eur in spins 0 bonuses on 5 machines. Is that fair? I don't think so. At least a 1 bonus, I would understand if I don't win. But spending 500 Eur on slots and getting 0 bonuses is just extreme I think. Anyway if anyone reading this I would suggest to avoid this casino and save your money and go elsewhere. Don't get lured in by their strategy. Just really bad practices are being used by this casino and I have experience this myself. In reality I am still in profit from this casino so I am happy they did not drain me to 0 and I understood what they do.
