I have ordered 2 creams, first of all I had to deliver to Italy the creams cause they don't ship to Hungary, and after 15 days (they say delivery in Europe in 4/5 days) they sent me 2 creams (100 euro stuff) with expiration date in 15 days.

Customs fee are charged on the customer , they should be paid in advance or at least customers should be advised they are going to pay an extra fee , due the lack of service , purchases need to be picked up at the post office all the time, retailer should expand carrier selection.

We mention on checkout, as well as on the Shipping Information page, regarding custom fees, and everything is set out clearly. We keep things simple, and if we were to include custom fees, you would definitely have to pay a lot more for the shipping services - as we provide you many custom benefits.
We provide 2 delivery services, as we believe these are the most cost-effective for you as a customer. Also, as we provide regulated products in large volumes, including liquids, we are limited to the couriers we can use as this is out of our hands.
If a package needs to be collected from the post office, this is a limitation of your local postal service we're afraid, as we include your full shipping address and they should be delivering to you. It's an issue you should take up with them per se.
