I contacted customer services about lack of loyalty card at the Birmingham branch , received no reply whatsoever

terrible service, and the guarantee is worthless
I paid £55 for a frying and the company is saying the damage is not covered by the guarantee.
since I purchased this in John Lewis I brought I was buying a quality good, obviously not.

I ordered on the basis of money back guarantee, then they said they need the bottle back which is not mentioned at all, luckily I managed to find another bottle ,so another return postage, sent with the required paperwork, still not received my refund although has been month since return
