The delivery team were prompt, efficient and polite. Sadly the on line tracking mechanism wasn’t kept up to date on the day, although the guys did call in advance of arrival to forewarn of arrival time.

Order number 294427. Website advertised 40% off and buy three get three free. Wouldn't allow me to do this at checkout and, sure enough, only three were delivered. Have contacted customer services and receive nonsense responses from Raquel, who is simply choosing to ignore my request for them to honour the offer. I have used them before a number of times and despite some of the reviews I have always found deliveries to be prompt and have had no problem with orders. I won't however be using them again due to this recent issue.

The goods were good value for money and arrived on the date advised. Can't fault anything.
