Great help and service! After a little while of wait I was contacted by a human support agent!!!! IProblem was analysed and mutually corrected and solved. The way how things hould be handled these days. AI might be ok for stupid standard question, but not for real issues.

Do not give them any money

Do not give them any money
Do not buy this stuff

I have bought a Image Software from them and now, some years later, want to use it, the software is not starting and force me into a re-activation process.
But the activation is not working any more.
I have the pack with the license numbers lying on my desk but it is worthless...

So, I have trusted on them for backup and now, as I need it, I only can see that I lost anything.

Before attempting activation, please make sure you have created an Acronis account at:
https://account.acronis.com/ and added your serial number(s) there .

Also, please keep in mind that legacy versions do not support modern operating systems or current hardware features, so we cannot guarantee proper functionality when used many years later.
Perpetual licences are not designed to be purchased and activated several years after release.

Excellent human support

One of the Best Products for Cloining

I've used Acronis for many years and have always been happy with my experience. I recently had an issue cloning an external HDD to a new internal SSD and Ushasai was extremely helpful in resolving the problem. I will continue to rely on Acronis to clone my disks as well as all the other useful functions.
