I found the agent to very helpful and knowledgeable, and courteous. My problem was able to be resolved, even though it went beyond the allotted time and needed the program to be completely uninstalled and reinstalled.

Easy to reorder and was delivered promptly.

It went easily, found a car no problem at a good price.

Overall I have found the system to be reliable. I have had one sensor fail, as battery in the main controller. I do have some gripes though.

The original controller was a touch screen display, which I found great. Once the battery failed, they would not replace it and said the unit was no longer supported, and changed it for a horrible cube block, no display.

I was told that another unit with display would be available soon, that was over 2 YEARS AGO!. Still no unit so I can change this annoying cube.

A further annoyance is that some of the settings are not available, even on the web portal, For one is the volume of the audio emits from the cube whenever a sensor changes state, or you arm/disarm the system. You have to call the company to change it, what a pain! If I have people sleeping down stairs, they get awoken from a blast of audio.

I have had a lot of issues with getting the cameras to stay connected to the Wi-Fi, although all my other equipment seem to be fine.

As I said in the beginning, you learn to live with these annoyances, overall though the system works well.

Have been working with this company for 2 years now, and they have negotiated over 70% of my debt, with very good results.
Just make sure you understand how much commission is involved. Remember you debt is likely to increase after you stop paying the creditors, while negotiations are happening.
Another point to remember is that when part your dedt is "written off", there may be tax implications on the written off part.
