I have used Acronis backup software on multiple PCs for years. I have always been pleased with the performance of the app as well as the support. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to restore a device more than once. The restoration process was accurate, easy, and painless.

I love the simplicity of the software, especially the restoration of the complete drive in case of issues.

However, I do not like the software's Virus/Security integration. Even when turned off, it affects the software's resources.

I wish you would offer the backup portion of the software as a dedicated backup product.
