Rude Customer Service

The customer service person who answered my call was very rude. He hung up the phone once I started speaking in English and in the second time he talked to me very condescendingly and rude.

Overpaid Trip; Refusal to Refund Right Sum

Disappointing that things had to turn out like this as I had positive moving experiences with 3x34 on three previous occasions. This fourth time will certainly be my last with 3x34 due to their bad handling of my complaint.

I overpaid for my 3x34 trip on 14-May-2024. The original price I calculated on 3x34’s website was 535 DKK, but I ultimately paid 736 DKK to the 3x34 driver. The driver mentioned something about charging by the meter, and that my trip went over some time limit by 15 minutes or something; but I have clarified with 3x34's customer service over the phone—multiple times—that the original calculated price, although an estimate, holds for a 45-minute period (inclusive of loading and unloading time).

The driver arrived at my starting point at 13:00, and then the entire trip took 45 minutes or less. When I finished unloading my items at my destination and asked to make payment, I was surprised to see 736 DKK instead of 535 DKK on the driver's tablet-like device. That was when the driver said something about charging by the meter (see 2nd paragraph), and we spent at least a few minutes having a back-and-forth regarding the correct price. Obviously, I couldn't have left without paying, so I paid via MobilePay the insisted price of 736 DKK at 13:47 on 14-May-2024. Subsequently, I contacted 3x34's customer service and then their complaint personnel regarding a refund, only to have them return to me with a new calculation that insists that my refund should be 49.86 DKK instead of 201 DKK.

I'd like to emphasise that I had to waste a few minutes questioning the driver about the suspicious price (736 DKK) he showed me on his pricing device, and that if you could see 3x34's data on the driver's trip with me, you would probably see that the driver arrived at my destination well before 13:45. Also, when I was questioning the driver about the suspicious price, the meter on his pricing device was still running for some reason. He should have stopped the meter the moment I finished unloading my items at my destination.

3x34 claims that 13:47 was the end-time of my trip on 14-May-2024, but that is simply the time stamp of my MobilePay transaction after minutes of my back-and-forth with the driver regarding the suspicious price. The company should take the time stamps in the driver’s trip data as reference for the duration of my trip on 14-May-2024, not my MobilePay time stamp. (Note: Payment obviously happens AFTER the service has been rendered. If the end-time time stamp from the driver's trip data were to be later than my MobilePay time stamp, that would be the driver's fault—not mine.)

No price transparency

I was told it would be DKK 500-600 and instead it was DKK 1035 for the 28 minutes it took to load, drive and unload. I would have preferred honesty about the price upfront. It turned an otherwise good experience into a bad experience.

Phone operator was the rudest customer service rep I’ve ever talked to

I just called to schedule help moving a sofa from NV to Holmen, and talked to someone with the most rotten attitude I’ve ever encountered. All of the questions I had were pretty standard and easily answerable, and I was treated as though I were an idiot for asking. I can’t speak for all employees at 3x34 but I’ve never had such an awful customer service experience in my lifetime.

Very bad experienxece

The truck was supposed to come between 15.00 and 17.00. I called the driver who told me he would have been at the appointed address aroind 16. I took all my stuff outside by 16. The driver showed up at 17.15, and while I was waiting it started to rain, and everything got soaked.
They will not refund you for being late and will not even propose to you any other sort of compensation or solution to make up for thir poor service.

wow, we are 7 minutes late, checked on the car's gps, and you demand to get your transport for free. As explained to you earlier, we do not compensate for such delays. As a customer, you have the right to cancel the transport, at no cost to you, if you believe that you cannot accept that we will not arrive within the estimated time of arrival.

Bad experience: unprofessional, inexperienced

I had a very bad experience with them an I will never use them again.

-The movers arrived at 11 and they finished at 16. When I made the reservation , I was told that it is 1100kr per hour but I was charged 5750kr.
- They reassured me that the right size of truck has been booked, the day before the move.
>The movers arrived with 2 trucks and I was expecting that both of them will be used, probably because they could not reserve a bigger one. Surprisingly, after approx. 2 hrs, I was told that if one of them gets full, they can use the 2nd one BUT with extra charge! I was under pressure and couldn’t really jeopardize the move or think clearly.

b)The movers told me that they do not normally take over so big moves, so I ended up carrying stuff to their trucks to support, although I really wanted to do nothing. That’s why I had reserved 2 movers. I was exhausted by the end of the day.
On top of that, they caused some damages in the new apartment. They were friendly and worked hard! BUT it’s really frustrating that I ended paying extra, carrying stuff and having damages in a newly renovated apartment.
- The movers had also some challenges to park their truck. During the move-out, it took them more than 30 min to move their truck, that I was obviously being charged for.

I had this company today to help to…

I had this company today to help to move out of my place ,
First of all they don’t stick to the time schedule and they over charge than what you have agreed on, I was moving from Osterbro to Norrebro and they don’t have a specific hour, they came at the very end, they sent me a message that the truck would be there at 2:35 and he got late. He showed up later than that by 10 minutes, also I agreed with them on the phone for 375kr but they charged 510 and they say u have extra stuff , that’s the only reason.
When it comes to to parking, we agreed on from the main entrance to the main entrance, the driver puts me 30 m away from the main entrance and he can’t get in more even tho he had the chance to drive further .
So I highly don’t recommend this company

Kære Nickolas Alsarahna, ved bestillingen vurderer man prisen med baggrund i kundens oplysninger, baseret på mængden af bl.a. godsets mængde. Hvis der er mere gods en opgivet, ændres taksten. Du har betalt minimumprisen på en takst 2.
Hvad angår de 30 meter fra indgangen, var grundet der i parkeringskælderen blev lavere længere inde, ligesom der var masser af cykler parkeret.

Damaged goods and carelessness

This is the second time I have used this service and I wont be using them ever again.

The removal boys were nice and friendly and took their time with my things when packing the van. i wish this care had continued when unloading my things at the new address, as i felt they couldnt have done this any quicker!

The boxes I had packed so carefully were practically thrown on the floor in my house and no care was taken to stack them properly with the heaviest box on the bottom. It stressed me out and i couldn't stack the boxes correctly again fast enough again.

When the boys were finished they gave me a form to sign in haste and when i asked what i was signing they told me that i was confirming there were no damages. I hesitated because i had just seen how they had handled my things but as i felt i had no option to do otherwise and the driver didn’t tell me my rights, i signed anyway.

I later found out there was damage to my fridge and the walls to my apartment. Luckily on the form i signed the company has a policy of receiving complaints about damaged goods as long as one does this within 7 days.

To my surprise however the company has told me that i will not receive compensation for damages because i signed the form, which begs the question why they claim to give you 7 days to complain.

My suspicion is that the two removal men were fully aware that I have rights but didn tell me of them on purpose. Maybe they were fully aware of the damage so they let me sign the form fully aware of this fact. Who knows.

sorry if you feel they have been harsh on your goods.
Do not understand you mean you have not been told your rights, as you yourself tell that the drivers had told you to sign that we had delivered your goods without damage. That you choose not to inspect the goods, we can not blame the drivers for. Furthermore, you have been present throughout the move, if there was damage to the fridge and wall, this would be visible and you would easily spot it.
Our insurance department has spoken to the drivers and they can not recognize your claim of damage to the refrigerator. The insurance department rejected your complaint as you have signed a statement that we have delivered without damage, you have been present and able to follow the move, the drivers deny they have done damage and refer to that they may have occurred after leaving the place.

Geat service. Right on time. Dissassembled and assembled the furniture that was not possible to take out. Totally recommended.

Overall good service

Overall good service, however, although the workers were very fast and efficient at the start, they slowed down in the second half of the job and the overall process took more than 2 hours while it could have taken less than that (given their initial speed and the limited amount of items to move). I wanted to give them a tip at the beginning, but once I saw this attitude I decided not to.

Sorry if you feel that it did not go so fast at last, it can be hard to move from the 4th floor and you may in the end get tired legs and heavy breath.
I talk to the drivers and hear why they couldn't keep up the pace.

Lost items

During the move a couple of items were just lost by 3x34! They were taken by the movers from our old flat, but when we checked all the things that were in our new flat, a large box with valuable children stuff and a car seat disappeared. And the movers wrote us later that their car was empty. So, the lost things were either left on the street during the move or forgotten at the staircase or whatever happened with them and they were just gone.
