Be careful! Questionable properties advertised in the title of the product

I ordered an IPad protection glass, called ‘iPad 10.2 (2019/2020/2021) - Anti-Blueray - hærdet beskyttelsesglas 0,3mm m/komplet dækning‘.

I could not see any information on its package regarding its anti-blueray properties. It’s only mentioned, as part of a title on a tiny white sticker - on the contrary to other properties. (The ‘high definition vision’ is not equivalent to anti blue ray). That small white sticker has the product number declared on their website (V33)103511777A.
Anyone would get suspicious!

I contacted them with my impression. Assuming that my understanding was correct, I expressed that I wanted to return it as non compliant with its title (the reason I bought it), at their own cost and I requested full refund for product with defect=non compliant. I haven’t opened it at all.

Their customer service suggested that it should be me using my right for return within 14 days with the return at MY own cost! I wouldn’t want to return the product if compliance with its advertised properties of anti-blueray was obvious and clear! Especially for such an important Health&Safety issue for our vision.

Pleasant experience and safe flight! Everything worked great

I had an excellent experience flying to Heraklion-Crete with Sunclass (via Spies). I was concerned about safety and punctuality, as I couldn’t find any relevant reviews. I was positively surprised!!

I was also concerned about the waiting time at CPH airport, so I arrived 2-3 hrs in advance. The baggage check-in and drop-off went extremely fast and smooth. I had also ordered fast track, so the security check took only few min.

The timing of the flight worked great for me (departure around 17). We departed on time, the aircraft was modern and clean (Airbus-neo), comfortable seat, the personnel was friendly. Their prices for snacks and refreshments were also ok. No issues with the baggage pick-up at Heraklion airport.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my first flight with them. I highly recommend them to family and friends flying to Crete. Thank you for the safe and pleasant flight!

P.S. It would be great if their online system could allow seat reservation + extra baggage during the last 4 days before the flight.

Bad experience: unprofessional, inexperienced

I had a very bad experience with them an I will never use them again.

-The movers arrived at 11 and they finished at 16. When I made the reservation , I was told that it is 1100kr per hour but I was charged 5750kr.
- They reassured me that the right size of truck has been booked, the day before the move.
>The movers arrived with 2 trucks and I was expecting that both of them will be used, probably because they could not reserve a bigger one. Surprisingly, after approx. 2 hrs, I was told that if one of them gets full, they can use the 2nd one BUT with extra charge! I was under pressure and couldn’t really jeopardize the move or think clearly.

b)The movers told me that they do not normally take over so big moves, so I ended up carrying stuff to their trucks to support, although I really wanted to do nothing. That’s why I had reserved 2 movers. I was exhausted by the end of the day.
On top of that, they caused some damages in the new apartment. They were friendly and worked hard! BUT it’s really frustrating that I ended paying extra, carrying stuff and having damages in a newly renovated apartment.
- The movers had also some challenges to park their truck. During the move-out, it took them more than 30 min to move their truck, that I was obviously being charged for.

Good first experience

Good first experience: given my low budget, I was satisfied with the decent quality of the sofa and office chair that I ordered online, but also with their customer service.

This is the first time I buy furniture from Ilva. I ordered a sofa and a office chair online. Due to the current situation with the lockdown, I looked for available items that can be delivered fast, without having seen/checked them in a physical store.

Their customer service was friendly and professional. Impressed! They accepted to make some changes to my orders and also resolved some issues very professionally.

I’m happy with my new furniture, I will definitely order from Ilva again, but I will check their comfort first. I generally recommend it

Wonderful dresses of high quality

Service: I ordered online two dresses on Thursday and received my order 4 working days later, on Wednesday the week after.
I received an email that my order was dispatched on Friday but that did not happen until Tuesday morning. Nevertheless, it was shipped with DHL express and finally it did not arrive late!

Products: Although the price of the dresses was high, their quality, pattern and colors were amazing! I was very happy with my choice! Highly recommended...for special occasions!

No major problems, fast delivery

Fast delivery (within Denmark).
The sealing of the box was partly torn however the content was intact.
Long waiting time for Customer Support tel. service. Nevertheless, the personnel was friendly and provided helpful advice.
