We are waiting on a claim response from worldtrips insurance. Hoping they will answer us soon as the insurance has ended on August 31 and we placed the claim on August 7.

Even though we did not have to use the insurance, which is a good thing, just having it brought us comfort if we did need it, which is also a good thing!
