Simple medical coverage is best. Don't bother getting any other coverage. It is not worth it, and it will get you nowhere. Lost/delayed or damaged luggage insurance is a joke. I tried to file a claim and they wanted so much unnecessary information that I decided not to pursue it. Paperwork I was given by the airline when I filed a claim with after I landed was not enough. They were asking for past and new receipts, for statements from the airline, etc. Surprised they didn't ask for washing labels off my underwear. When I received the list of requirements I realized this policy is a scam. Not worth it unless it is important to someone to run around and get harassed just to get a couple of hundred dollars back. I just gave up. My recommendation, get their cheapest medical coverage and run away from the rest. With their ridiculous requirements, you will spend a lot of time and get nothing.

I wouldn't give this company a one star. I had an emergency hospital stay in Bangkok where I was hospitalized for a month. This company paid out ZERO for my care. Don't waste your money with them. I also had friends who were never paid their claims from covid. They are in business to make millions. Not pay claims. Check their profits from last year if you don't believe me.

I need to recant on the previous negative review. When it was read by the seven corners staff the contacted me immediately. I have a broken ankle and was worried about getting blood clots if I flied coach. They set up a flight in business class that accommodates me to raise my ankle. They ordered me a taxi to go to the airport and had a wheelchair in place for me when I got to the airport. They also arranged a taxi from the airport to my home. Thank you Sara, Olivia, and Laura. You went above and beyond in helping me. Thanks again
