I like that Faye sends text messages and keeps in touch during trip as well as the easy to use app. Thankfully, I haven't had to make any claims yet, so can't review that aspect of their business.

Of course since we don’t experience any hiccups along the way, the experience was positive. However, having Faye check in on us during our various legs was comforting.
