We used Watson Woodhouse for the sale of our home and purchase of our new bungalow. We would like to thank Katie Gibson, Jackie Howard and Livvie-Mae Pruden for all their help and support during this long process which was delayed by an issue with our vendor’s solicitors. The ladies acted with patience and kindness and were totally professional at all times. Thank you all so much.

My experience with Watson Woodhouse, Sarah Smith especially was outstanding. Sarah listened to me and give nothing but reassurance throughout my case. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! If you have a landlord that is hell bent on making things difficult for you, and or have been victim of a retaliatory eviction these are the guys to go through for legal support.
We were very nervous given the situation we were in through no fault of our own and required legal aid also. Lizzie was brilliant and explained everything to our understanding and throughout, given we had no notice of the first court hearing but managed to pull together to for me to be present. Submitting our response to witness statment exactly as we wished and also providing not only advice but at time emotional support. Right through to the end. Given we didn't have a second hearing due to LL pulling out all together. Thankyou!

Absolutely disgraceful service from the beginning. Watson woodhouse and suppose to be representing me with Only 1 returned call from 20 ive made. There comminication is shocking. Advice and communication is non existing. DO NOT USE THESE. Tom
